Founded by Rima Nasser on the principle that design should be fun, exciting and daring, we create uplifting spaces that are visually inspiring and easy to live and work in.
TEW Design Studio offers a fresh approach to residential and commercial interior design. From small home renovations to large commercial up-fits, we help our clients form distinctive spaces of the highest quality and intricate details. Our services are custom-tailored to fit each client’s needs. We work one-on-one with homeowners and within teams that may include general contractors, custom builders, architects and more. Our goal is to create visually impactful design to make your space uniquely you.
Rima founded TEW on the principle that design should be fun, exciting and daring. She earned her undergraduate degree in Arts & Culture from George Mason University and graduated with a master’s in Interior Design from the Florence Design Academy in Italy.
She leads our team with a unique cultural insight from her experiences both domestically and abroad. As a Palestinian, Rima’s family moved to the U.S. when she was 15 and settled in Richmond. She grew up enjoying architecture from around the world. From an early age, simple, earthy design caught her eye, as did the use of greenery and Moroccan influences with bold colors and patterns. Rima lives in Cary with her husband Andy and two dogs, Jupiter and Carl.
